Counseling & Bodywork

Zoe Lincoln, LPC
I am a therapist licensed in Michigan with over 8 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual assault, and PTSD. I have also supported many individuals as they adjust to major life changes such as leaving college, new careers, parenting, and more.
It takes courage and hope to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards owning your inherent power. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
Natalie Morgan, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, and have been working in the Copper Country for 7 years now. I have been working in the field since 2008 and have worked with a variety of clients including children, youth, parents and adults. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on trauma, family issues, PTSD, anxiety, and relationship issues.
In my work with clients, I collaborate with them to identify helpful and unhelpful thoughts and establish treatment goals that address their current concerns/issues. If you feel we would be a good fit, schedule a free, 15-minute consultation, or give ma a call at 906-299-7299, to discuss your current concerns.

Emotional health is no longer a mystery. Chronic physical symptoms that your doctor can't help you with aren't either. Neither of them are "all in your head."
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and a retired Registered Nurse, and I have been practicing since 2018. The cause of both emotional and most chronic physical health issues is in your nervous system — the part of your body that controls everything you feel and everything that happens in your body without you having to think about it. The best news is that mental health therapists know the best and most long-lasting methods to tune your nervous system for living with ease and freedom. There are many ways to do therapy. If you only want one or a few sessions, I'll give you very helpful information for your self-guided recovery. If you have the time for a more in-depth therapeutic journey, you'll find me to be a compassionate guide. No counselor is right for every client, but my long-term clients are quite pleased to be working with me.
I help people with emotional health issues such as depression, anxiety, Complex PTSD, OCD, and TBI. I also help people with physical issues caused by an out-of-balance nervous system, such as POTS, Ehlers-Danlos, ME/CFS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, IBS, and other digestive issues. Occasional flare-ups are part of being human, but they don't have to be chronic and they don't have to hold you back.
It makes sense to avoid telling someone about the way you've been feeling when most people don't know what to make of it. I'm not one of those people. I can explain what's going on in your body that causes those symptoms and what you can do about it. That understanding will help you stay healthy for the rest of your life.
I usually have openings within a couple of business days.

As a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), I’ve had the privilege of calling the Copper Country home for most of my life. I began my journey in the field of social work in 2023, driven by a deep commitment to helping young people navigate life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem struggles. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in the belief that every person has the inner strength and capacity for growth and healing.
I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. I strive to create a trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Whether you or your child is experiencing overwhelming emotions, a difficult life transition, or lingering pain from past experiences, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space to explore those feelings. Together, we’ll build practical tools for resilience and create a path forward toward hope and well-being.
